Templates and browser storage
The free generator creates email HTML in your browser. It stores the date and number of free generations in localStorage. Form details stay in page memory while you use the tool. If you subscribe, the details you submit for a Pro generation are sent to our server to make the HTML response; they are not stored in the subscription database.
Google sign-in
Google sign-in provides your verified email address, profile name, and Google account identifier. We use these to identify your account and connect it to a subscription. Authentication uses a session cookie.
Optional site analytics
When configured, we use Google Analytics 4 for page views and actions such as generating, copying, or downloading a template, reaching the free limit, opening pricing, and completing Google sign-in. These events contain a template identifier or link source where relevant. We do not send your email address, restaurant name, form text, or generated HTML as analytics event parameters. GA4 may use first-party analytics cookies and receive browser and device information. Google states that GA4 does not log or store IP addresses. Our tag is configured for analytics only, with Google Signals and advertising personalization disabled. If the analytics measurement ID is not configured, RestoEmail does not load the GA4 script.
Payments and subscriptions
Creem handles checkout, payment details, receipts, and the customer billing portal. RestoEmail stores your Google account identifier together with the Creem product, customer, and subscription identifiers, subscription status, period end, and payment event identifiers in a Neon Postgres database. We use these records to enable paid features and avoid processing an event twice. RestoEmail does not receive or store your full card number.
Hosting and sharing
Vercel hosts the site and may process normal request data such as IP address, browser information, and request time. We share the data needed for sign-in with Google, for billing with Creem, and for subscription storage with Neon. Their own privacy policies also apply.
Your choices
You can clear the free-use count in your browser settings, sign out of your account, or manage a subscription from your account page. We may update this policy as the service changes. Do not enter sensitive personal information into template fields. Read our Terms for usage responsibilities.
